I'm aware that articles and podcasts on the subject of children and internet/phones etc can leave us as parents feeling horribly guilty and overwhelmed but I found this podcast by Tony Reinke, 12 Priorities for Parents in the Digital Age, really helpful and I'm keen to think it through more with J and put some things into practice.
