Zucchini Bread

Smoothies  I don't follow a recipe for smoothies but just throw in whatever I have handy. Today's one included: fresh pomegranate and orange juice; frozen strawberries and spinach; a little honey; dessicated coconut; flax seeds. Adding oats and yogurt is also a good option.

Healthy Banana Muffins   Really delicious. I added raisins, flax seeds and dessicated coconut for extra ooomph (with a little more milk)
