Do we humbly serve others or are we hypocritically centered on ourselves?.... Jesus goes against the grain of every worldly leadership principle by making clear that God humbles the self-exalted and exalts the self-humbled. This principle of humility is expressed most clearly in the way we serve others (or fail to). Are we consistently looking for ways and opportunities to serve others, or are our thoughts more along the lines of, "What would be best for me in this situation?" Humble service is the way of Christ. Is this your posture?
