Another Recipe

Vegetable Lentil Loaf  We eat a lot of lentils and so I'm always on the lookout for new things to do with them. This is a delicious recipe and the children love it. To make it quicker to make I cut all the veg in the food processor on the blender setting. I replace the maple syrup (for the glaze) with date syrup (molasses would work too).
