We went for a hike with two families from karate plus other friends and a neighbour. Some in the group were rather surprised by J's choice of location- they're more used to nice parks etc for an outing not hiking in the dust up a mountain! One lady there had never climbned a mountain before in her life- incredible seeing as we live in a city surrounded by them!
In true British style we took a couple of packets of biscuits up with us to share out at the top. In true k'ish style, the ladies took a whole selection of goodies and bowls to put them in and made quite a spread! We've still got a long way to go culturally!
