A Praying Life: Book Review

Product Details
This is probably one of the best books I've read on prayer (not that I've read that many!). Paul Miller has a really profound way of writing which is easy to read and I found myself not being able to put the book down. He draws a lot on his family experiences to teach about prayer as relationship, learning to be helpless, spending time with our Father, what we find difficult about praying. He doesn't give strategies which is refreshing but does talk about some tools he uses to pray. It's the kind of book I'd love to copy and paste a load of onto here but as it's a paper copy I just haven't got the time to type it all out (I normally read on my kindle and can copy and paste onto my blog in a jiffy). There is something nice about reading a paper book for a change though!
