L shared her eleventh birthday with the Independence Referendum or Krexit! The city was bedecked with flags and everything stopped except for crowds of people going to vote and cars hooting their horns; people dancing, whooping and waving flags. We had a very fun film night on our friends' roof and went out for ice cream to celebrate our lovely girl:
