A visit to refugee friends to welcome the new baby.

Sheep guts given to us and passed on quickly. It's a delicacy called "head and foot"- ie all of the insides from head to toe. They stank- the intestines were still full of poo which has to be cleaned out. The whole thing is then  cooked and stuffed with rice, veggies and herbs.
