Most often, I’ve noticed, He uses the adversity of the storm more than the advantage of the calm. Not because He’s cruel, but because I’m hard-headed. And, I have a hard time hearing His voice over the lullaby of prosperity. So He takes me by the hand and leads me to a place where I can hear Him better.
